On behalf of JAM Enterprises, Avonworth School District is honored to accept a $20,000 grant from The Grable Foundation, a local nonprofit foundation which invests in children and youth.
It is with great pride that JAM has been recognized among the high-performing organizations that share The Grable Foundation's mission: "To promote independent, caring, contributing members of society by supporting programs critical to a child’s successful development."
Encouraging entrepreneurial skills in our students, with kindness as the foundation, is JAM's top objective!
While we continue to work diligently to ensure that our business is self-sustaining, it is through grant funding that we are able to market the #bethekindkid movement appropriately. We have exceeded our expectations of spreading our kindness movement beyond our classroom, school, district, and region. We truly believe that the sky is the limit! In order to reach our goals, we intend to apply for additional funding from foundations similar to The Grable Foundation that share our mission.
